A further email will be sent once your parcel has left our warehouse – this will enclose your tracking information.
If you have not received any email updates, please do check your spam/junk folder!

The majority of orders placed before 4pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched that day, apart from very busy times. (Royal Mail Tracked 24 will be dispatched up to 5pm).

All orders placed after 4pm (Mon-Fri) and on weekends will be dispatched the next business day. (Unless additional cost has been paid for Royal Mail Tracked 24 which will be dispatched up to 5pm).

Q.   What are the UK Delivery charges

      UK, Standard Delivery 1 to 3 days – £3.99 per order.

      For Orders Over £100 – Delivery is Free

Our delivery service for all UK orders is via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Is There a Quicker Alternative?

Tracked 24 delivery (1-2 days) for orders made before 5pm:  

All order values:  £4.95

If you would like to receive your order sooner, you can choose to upgrade to Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 service. Please note that delivery on a Saturday is not always guaranteed. Orders made on a Friday may not arrive until Monday.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please ensure the delivery address is correct as it is not possible to alter this once submitted. We cannot be held liable for an incorrect address input, as they are sent straight to Royal Mail.

We ship all over the world excluding the below countries: Russia & Belarus.

DELIVERY TO THE EUROPEAN UNION – £10.50* (all charges paid up front – no surprises on delivery).

Orders to the European Union countries are sent via a Signed or Tracked & Signed Royal Mail service with delivery via your local domestic postal service.  

Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch and expected delivery times are between 5 and 10 business days.

DELIVERY TO THE REST OF THE WORLD – £17.50* (customs charges may occur).

Orders to all other International countries are sent via a Signed or Tracked & Signed Royal Mail service with delivery via your local domestic postal service.

Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch

Expected delivery times are between 12 and 16 business days.


If you live outside of the UK your parcel is classed as an import.  Products imported into your country will be reviewed at customs upon entering your country and can be subject to duties and taxes.

Please keep in mind that each country has different tax rates , so the duties and taxes, if any, may vary by country.  The final cost of duties and taxes will be determined by customs upon import.  We deduct our own standard VAT currently charged at 20%, at source, to compensate for your own taxes, if any, to be paid.

We cannot be responsible for any custom charges, import duties or taxes that may be charged to you, or any shipment that is stopped or disposed of by customs, so we advise you to check with your local customs before making your order.

Long delays can also be caused by custom checks or by international postal services, so our delivery can only be used as a general guide.


Yes, you can. We will send you an email after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse with all your tracking info.

Please check your spam/junk folder if you cannot locate the email.

Returns and Exchange

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so we’re giving you 14 days to decide whether you’d like to keep it. If within that time you decide it’s not right for you then, simply return the items, in their original packaging and with the tags attached, along with the original receipt to receive a refund or exchange.  Please note the garment must be:



Have no makeup/false tan or other marks

Not smelling of smoke, vape, washing powder or perfume

If returning your item by post then you should usually receive your full refund within 14 days, although this may be longer during particularly busy periods.

We cannot cover the cost of postage returned back to us this must be paid by the customer. If your item is being returned because it is faulty, we will reimburse your postage in full.

Please post/drop back to our address, with a returns form filled in. If you do not have this, please ensure there is a note with your name, order no and items to return with reasons.

Exchanges (UK ONLY)

We’re happy to exchange an item for a different colour or size ONLY. Please follow the process above, indicating that you would like an exchange for a new size/colour in the ‘Return Reason Code’ column on the returns form. Please check on our website that the item you require is in stock and available. We cannot guarantee that any item will be available.

Please also indicate the colour/size you would like to receive in exchange for the item you are returning in the same column.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of the exchange being processed, a full refund will be issued.

If you want to exchange for a completely different style, we ask that you place a new order. Exchanges can be made to UK orders ONLY.

If you need your exchange in a hurry, we also suggest you place a new order and send back the wrong size/colour for refund.
